Spiced Yogurt Marinade (TANDOORI)

Tandoor is a traditional Indian charcoal-fueled clay oven used to cook bread, marinated vegetables, and meats. Our tandoori marinade contains all the special ingredients required to create delicious grilled kebabs.

Our marinade is ready-to-use straight out of the jar. Add to meat or vegetables, and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours for best results. One jar is sufficient for two lb of meat or vegetables.

VEGETARIAN, GLUTEN-FREE, ALL-NATURAL INGREDIENTS, NO ARTIFICIAL COLORS OR PRESERVATIVES

Ingredients: Greek Yogurt, White Wine Vinegar, Water, Butter, Onion, Lemon Juice, Deggi Mirch (Red Chili), Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Spices, Fenugreek Leaves, Turmeric, Yellow Chili, Black Cardamom, Mace, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum.
