'Kandoo' in Sanskrit is a barbecue pit in which food is cooked. Our spicy barbecue marinade is reminiscent of many restaurants' curry seasonings to flavor grilled meat and vegetables.
Our marinade is ready-to-use straight from the jar. Chop two pounds of vegetables or meat into kebab-sized pieces. Pour marinade over and mix. Cover and refrigerate for up to eight hours. Grill.
