Description
This live recording is the complete concert performed by Clifton Chenier at the 1975 Montreux (Switzerland) Jazz and Blues Festival. Chenier, known as the “King of Zydeco,” traveled the world sharing rural Creole music of Louisiana with crowds small and large—all the while charming everyone he met with his humor and charisma. Popular tracks include “You’re Fussin’ Too Much,” “Clifton’s Boogie Woogie,” “Zydeco Sont Pas Sale,” and “Louisiana Two Step.”
