While returns are subject to each individual store's return policy, we are happy to help facilitate this process. We do not charge a return fee, and will be happy to schedule a pickup with one of our drivers. There is a $25 minimum in product value required to return an item(s) (multiple products can be combined).

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We truly hope you love your purchase, however, if you'd like to return an item please email email@example.com and we'll send you return instructions. Please do not mail any items before contacting us.
Items purchased from ATELIER NOMAD may be returned within 7 days of receipt of items provided they're in their original condition. All discounted items are final sale - they may not be returned for credit.
Please Note: All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. ATELIER NOMAD is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.
Face masks may not be returned or exchanged for safety reasons. However, if you are unhappy with any other purchase, please contact me within 30 days of your order for a full refund. If the product arrives broken, damaged, incorrectly labeled, or is defective in any way, I will issue a refund or replace it — whatever your fancy.
Even natural ingredients, like herbs, oils, or essential oils can cause sensitivity reactions. I am not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient, and do not offer refunds for incompatible products. Each product on this website includes a complete list of ingredients. If you have a sensitivity to any listed ingredient, you should not buy the product. If at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
All food product sales are final and we will not issue any refund/returns on food products sold to the customer.
For non-food related products such as our cookbooks, the customer will bear the cost/charges of returning the product in order to receive a refund. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 3 business days.
Please send an email if your item arrives damaged within 10 days of arrival and a replacement will be sent right away. Otherwise once delivered, refunds are not offered online.

We greatly value your satisfaction. If for any reason you feel your order is not up to your standard of quality PLEASE notify us via email. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. For all exchanges, items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection. Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of the delivery for a full refund minus shipping charges.
